GED4WEB is a Windows®
32bit shareware program (Win95, Win98, and Win NT) that exports
GEDCOMs, pre-existing genealogy files, to HTML files (web source format
using HyperText
Markup Language codes) for publication on the Internet. GED4WEB was
developed when Anthony Papineau found
while researching his own family tree, that low cost programs having
features such as multiple
output formats, security options, color-coded generations for easy
viewing and more, were not available.
GED4WEB is an easy and quick
way to get your family tree documentation on the world wide web
and facilitate research by enabling other genealogists to view your
history.
